Professional Development for Early Career Teachers need a variety of skills to create lesson plans, teach students, work with administrators, and interact with parents.
While some of these skills and qualities such as patience and leadership are inherent in individuals, most of them we develop through practice and training.
Training also prepares the teacher for his job role and personal development.

This program aims to assist candidates in the following ways:
1. Gain basic knowledge and a good understanding of the principles of effective teaching (English language teaching).
2. Acquire the practical skills necessary to teach English to adult learners.
3. Demonstrate the trainees’ ability to apply their learning in the real teaching context.
4. Demonstrated ability to initiate work in various ESOL contexts around the world.
